The Team

Sam founded SAFE in 2026 and is the business’s sole Director.

Prior to starting SAFE he managed the Manchester team for a large fire engineering consultancy.

He has extensive experience providing fire engineering advice to a wide variety of clients across the UK. He has been the lead fire engineer on developments of all types and at every stage of design and construction.

As well as providing fire engineering advice to architects, developers and contractors, Sam acts as an Expert Witness and has prepared reports for the courts on a number of topics relating to Part B of the Building Regulations.
