SAFE was founded in 2026 with the following key objectives:
We aim to provide practical, commercially minded fire engineering advice through all stages of Design and Construction.
We want that advice to be understandable, in plain English and without excessive caveats or limitations.

Perfomance Based Design
We aim to achieve safe buildings whilst allowing architects flexibility with their design.
Code Consultancy
We can help you navigate the UK Fire Safety guidance for all building types.
Expert Witness
We can act as Expert Witnesses and provide Expert Advice through all stages of the legal process.
External Wall Assessments
This includes FRAEW using the PAS9980 standard and all categories of EWS1 forms.
Peer Review
Get a second opinion on a Fire Strategy, Fire Engineering assessment or advice.
Where we work
Based in the North West of England, we work on new and existing buildings throughout England and Wales.
